New Admissions

Starting the Admissions Process 

The best way to learn about Ossipee Valley Christian School is to visit us in person, observe classes, or join us for a sports or other special event.  Every Tuesday during the months of March, April (aside from spring break), May, and September our campus is open to prospective students and their families.  Please call ahead and join us between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  A campus visit is a requirement prior to admission.

The Paperwork

Complete an application for:

• Pre-school
• K-8

Applications will be available at the initial meeting with the headmaster.

There are separate forms available for parents of homeschool students.

Interview

Interviews are a vital part of the admissions process.  After all application forms have been received by the OVCS office, the office will call to schedule an Admissions Committee interview with parents and prospective students.

This is a time for you to bring all your remaining questions to the Admissions Committee.  It is also a time for us to get to know you and your family better.  The Admissions Committee will notify the parents of admissions status in writing within two weeks of the interview.

Enrollment

Upon acceptance,  a FACTS Tuition Management Agreement must be filled out online, unless tuition will be paid in one or two total payments.  A link to FACTS Tuition Management can be found on this site.

Tuition Assistance

We make admissions decisions independent of the financial aid process.  For families interested in Tuition Assistance, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment applications are available online (a link can be found on this site).  Tuition assistance is based on family need and availability of funding.  A Tuition Assistance application must be completed by June 30th.  Decisions on assistance will be made within 30 days of receipt by the administration.  No Tuition Assistance will be available after the start of the school year.
