It’s nail-biting time, our annual SILENT Auction Kicks Off TOMORROW and our LIVE Auction is NEXT WEEK!!

We have an IMPRESSIVE list of over 60 silent auction items and bundles, plus over 60 gift cards and over 150 items to auction off at our LIVE Auction on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 6:00pm!
All of these items are listed on our auction page with pictures and descriptions.
A Few Auction Reminders…
- You can view silent auction items in our lunchroom starting tomorrow, March 24th!
- In-person attendance at the Live Auction is by invitation and requires an RSVP, because space is limited.
- Anyone can join us ONLINE for the Live Auction via YouTube on March 31st.
- We have a new auction page that is directly part of our school website.
Anyone interested in participating online is encouraged to do two things in preparation for the live event on Friday, March 31st.
- Be sure to establish your own Google and YouTube accounts in order to comment and bid virtually.
- Take a look at the at the auction page. This page will be your one-stop source for information between now and auction day, including all the details for the event, regularly updated pics as items come in, a list of donors, and more.
As the auction approaches, it’s a good practice to check the site frequently and map out your personal bidding list!
The Purpose of Our Live Auction Event
This event is more than just a fun community tradition…
Funds from this event help our school community in a variety of ways, from keeping tuition rates reasonable and adding new educational programs to building upgrades. And since we only have two major fundraising efforts each year, the Fall Work-a-Thon and this Spring Auction, this event is critical to our school funding.
So, a HUGE OVCS Thank You to our steadfast auction coordinator, all our volunteers, and all our generous donors! This is a team effort, and we couldn’t do this without any of you!
We are looking forward to a blessed and impactful week ahead and can’t wait to share the excitement that this event brings with all of you! Thank you for your support!
