It’s almost time! One of the most anticipated events of the year is just ONE WEEK AWAY. The OVCS Annual Live Auction will take place on Saturday, May 2, bringing together families, friends, and community supporters for a day filled with excitement, generosity, and fun.
The event will be held right here at the school, with doors opening at 10:00 a.m. and the auction beginning at 11:00 a.m. We are thrilled to welcome back auctioneer Rob Troon, who generously donates his time and talents each year to create an engaging and unforgettable experience.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated auction coordinator Jaime Garland is working hard to continue the traditions we all love, while also introducing new elements to make this year’s event even better.

Food Trucks
We’ll have two local food trucks on-site, adding even more fun, flavor, and fellowship to an already lively day. Whether you’re coming to bid, connect, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, there will truly be something for everyone.

The Purpose of Our Live Auction
This event is more than just a fun community tradition…
As one of our largest annual fundraisers, the Spring Auction plays a critical role in supporting OVCS. Along with our Fall Work-a-Thon, it is one of only two major fundraising efforts each year.
Funds raised help support our school in many ways, including:
- Keeping tuition rates affordable
- Supporting programs and student experiences
- Funding building improvements and upgrades
We are incredibly grateful for the continued generosity of our community – it truly makes a lasting impact.
