Emily Souza — Miss Souza is the PreK and Kindergarten teacher. She graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with minors in Language Arts and History. Miss Souza moved back to Limington from Grand Rapids in 2012 and is a faithful member of the Limington Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
Leanne Pooler — Mrs. Pooler teaches 1st and 2nd grade at OVCS. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from USM with a Bachelors of Science in Education. She has been in a teaching or childcare position for 30 years. From 1989-2006, Mrs. Pooler taught at OVCS with experience at nearly every grade level, but with a passion for the younger ones. Mrs. Pooler and her husband, David, are members of the Hilltop Baptist Church in Cornish.
Robin Caron –Mrs. Caron teaches 3rd and 4th grade. After 2 years of serving as a classroom aide, 2017 marked the beginning of her role as a full-time classroom teacher. Mrs. Caron is currently pursuing a degree in elementary education. She and her husband, Tom, have 5 children and faithfully attend Hollis Center Church.
Scott Weirick — Mr. Weirick is the headmaster, as well as middle school teacher. With the re-opening of a high school for the fall of 2018, Mr.Weirick will also be teaching Algebra. He is a 2000 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. He has been teaching at OVCS since August 2002. Mr. Weirick and his wife, Marymargaret, have 4 children and are faithful members of the Limington Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
Jason DeLapp — Mr.DeLapp teaches middle school Bible and the English Classes, as well as high school English starting in the fall of 2018. He has a BA in Biblical Studies and History of Ideas from Southeastern College at Wake Forest. He and his wife Renee have three sons, Colby, Camden, and Carter. They attend Lakeside Community Church in Waterboro.
Ken Baratta – Mr. Baratta is the newest member to our staff. He is eager to teach History and Science to middle and high school, as well as high school Bible. He has a BA in Bible and Theology from Appalachian Bible College. He has served in teen ministries for 14-years and in creation apologetics for 7-years with Northeast Creation Ministries. He and his wife, Bonnie [also our Art teacher], have four children: Judah, Katie, Galen, and Gemma, and faithfully serve at the First Baptist Church of Shapleigh.
