Mark your calendar – one of the most anticipated events of the year is right around the corner! The OVCS Annual Live Auction will take place on Saturday, May 2, bringing together families, friends, and community supporters for a day filled with excitement, generosity, and fun.
The event will be held at the school, with doors opening at 10:00 a.m. and the auction kicking off at 11:00 a.m. Guests can once again look forward to the energy and entertainment of returning auctioneer Rob Troon, who generously donates his time and talents each year to help make the event unforgettable.
Our auction coordinator, Jaime Garland, is working hard to continue the great traditions we’ve all come to love about the auction, while continuing to improve and expand on our format.

Business Sponsorships
This year we have a new way to support OVCS. In addition to donating auction items, businesses can now show their support and excitement through advertising opportunities!
Advertising in our auction booklet could be a great fit for professional service based businesses, such as roofing companies, landscapers, insurance agencies, chiropractors, tax professionals, etc…
Businesses can purchase an ad to gain exposure for their business and support our school at the same time!

Food Trucks
And maybe one of our most exciting announcements… This year’s auction will feature two local food trucks, adding even more fun, flavor, and fellowship to an already lively day.
Whether attending to bid, connect with others, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

The Purpose of Our Live Auction:
As one of the school’s largest annual fundraisers, this event is critical to our school funding.
We only have two major fundraising efforts each year, the Fall Work-a-Thon and THIS Spring Auction. Funds from this event help our school community in a variety of ways, from keeping tuition rates reasonable to building upgrades.
So, we need and appreciate any and all continued support!
What to expect:
A wide variety of donated items and experiences make the event special each year, with offerings such as unique services, gift cards, memorable outings, and one-of-a-kind finds generously contributed by the community.
The weeks leading up to the auction are filled with excitement, and organizers look forward to sharing this special time with the entire community. Gratitude remains at the heart of the event, as the school celebrates the ongoing support that helps make moments like this possible.
As the auction approaches, it’s a good practice to check the site frequently and map out your personal bidding list!
